There’s been a lot going on recently with winter sports, clubs, and everyone’s busy personal lives, but that doesn’t mean the Tumwater activities end! So with that, I have some activities you won’t want to miss, so mark your calendars!
First off on the Tumwater activities you won’t want to miss is… our Renaissance team has organized a food drive! This is held January 26th through February 9th. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to help out your community and peers if you are able. If this is something you are able to do, donations will be collected in the yoga room from Mrs. Otton. If you bring five items, you will be given one raffle ticket to be entered to win a prize!
Conference week is February 9th–13th. Don’t forget to get your conference times scheduled with teachers to get involved! Emails should be headed out to students in the week or so.
During conference week, local elementary schools have given Tumwater students the opportunity to get in community service hours at:
This will include activities in the garden to get hours to graduate.
Tumwater Theatre presents Cinderella! Our amazing theatre program put a lot of time and effort into making this production, so fill the PAC February 13, 14, 19, 20, and 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with additional showtimes on February 21 at 1:00 PM.
This Friday night, we have Battle for Billy. Be there at Black Hills High School to show school spirit and pack the nest! Double-header games with girls varsity starting at 5:30 and boys varsity at 7:00. Be there in your superfan gear!
There’s lots of things going on, T-Birds, so make sure you save the date and don’t forget to attend as much as you can while you can! And if you are available to get in those community service hours, it’s a great opportunity. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for any new events coming up.
