Character Introduction
Eleven: Test subject 011 nicknamed “Eleven” or “El”for short was raised in secrecy at Hawkin’s lab, undergoing experiments to enhance her powerful telekinesis and psychokinetic abilities given to her at birth. El is known for her fierce loyalty towards her friends, her unending love for Eggo Waffles, and her strong desire to end the terror brought upon the town of Hawkins.
Dustin: Dustin Henderson is a member of the D&D party and representative of the Hell Fire Club, who navigates dangers with comedy and wit. Being the group’s tech expert and science wiz, Dustin is crucial to solving supernatural problems. Dustin is known for his curly hair, gapped tooth grin, and distinctively slurred lisp.
Max: Max Mayfield is introduced as the new girl, initially guarded and withdrawn but develops into being brave and heroic. Max’s sarcastic exterior hides deep emotional wounds, surrounding guilt and depression. Despite her tough surface, Max is deeply caring and fiercely loyal. Max is characterized by her tomboyish complexion and fiery red hair.
Lucas: Lucas Sinclair, is a member of the D&D party, who acts on realistic caution. Lucas is the loyal voice of reason within his friend group, keeping them tethered to reality. Lucas is an emotional anchor for those he loves, showing emotional trust and never ending care. Lucas is known for being tactical and resourceful, as well as a courageous fighter.
Steve: Steve Harrington evolved from a stereotypical 1980’s cocky jock and bully into a selfless protector and fan-favorite hero. Often portrayed as a loyal and self sacrificing “babysitter” of the friend group, even viewing them as his “six little nuggets.” Steve is known for his iconic hair, handsome appearance and heroic actions.
Hopper: Jim Hopper is a world-weary, gruff, alcoholic police chief in Hawkins grieving the death of his daughter. Despite his mistakes, haunting past and destructive behavior, Hopper demonstrates resilience and redemption by finding purpose and love through relations with other characters allowing him to overcome his pain. Hopper is a courageous fighter and investigator, using his police tactics to defend his town.
Mike: Mike Wheeler, the leader of the D&D party, is the strategic mind and emotional heart of the group, led by a strong moral compass. Mike goes to extreme lengths to protect his friends at all costs, expressing a “no one left behind” mindset.
Will: Will Byers, is a member of the D&D party, who struggles with isolation and alienation. Will is extremely brave, creative and intelligent. Often viewed as the emotional, quiet of his friend group. Despite his fears, Will shows immense strength and courage. Known for his role as “Will The Wise” and his 80’s inspired bull-cut.
