4 the Love’s Gift giving happens every year, a simple act of giving a gift can do more than just provide toys, it can bring happiness and the feeling of normalcy, or the feeling of being seen to a child who doesn’t get to experience receiving gifts every year.
4 the Love Foundation has a “Giving Tree” set up for local people to pick a tag from the tre
e, buy three gifts for a local foster child, wrap the three gifts, label each one with the matching tag number, and drop the presents off at the same location you picked the tag from. Remember, return no later than December 8th.
Each tree is filled with tags, one child, and their three Christmas wishes, including what they like and their favorite things.
“Where could I find the Giving Trees?”
4 the Love’s Giving Trees are set up every year at businesses that volunteer to help! Some businesses that have trees up include Briggs TapHouse, Humble Cow at Briggs Location, El Sarape – in Shelton, Fit Life Studio, etc.

I asked the Vice President for 4 the Love, “how many fosters does 4 the Love usually give gifts to?”, “268 fosters, 20 families so far and families range from 2-8 people per family”- Katie McDonald.
4 the Love used to keep the gifts in Fitlife Studio and KD Lane’s shop but now they have a building to keep

all the presents in a building. Katie McDonald says that they give out the gifts the week of 12/15.
