Do you have any fall favorites? Food, Weather, or Traditions? Fall brings more than just sweater weather and Friday night football games. I interviewed some students to find out what makes the fall season important to them and what trends, treats, and traditions they’re loving the most this year.

For my first interview I asked Ava Fieldman what her favorite thing about the fall season is and she said “ My favorite thing is when the leaves start changing color and falling, and then I can take aesthetic pictures.” Whether it’s taking pictures for Instagram or just enjoying the changing weather, there’s something about the falling leaves that makes everything feel a little more cozy and fall.
For my next interview, Maesyn Williams when asked what her favorite fall activities are or if she has a favorite tradition she said “My favorite tradition is carving pumpkins and my favorite drink is iced pumpkin cream chai.” This was a popular answer! Iced pumpkin cream chai seems to be a fall season favorite, and definitely a fall staple for most THS students.

I interviewed Presley Selby about what her favorite thing is to do during the fall season, she said “My favorite thing about fall is the football games and dressing the theme and hanging out with friends” Friday night lights is a big deal here at THS with our fun themes and our amazing school spirit in the nest!
Dakota McDonald, a freshman shared some of her fall favorites “My favorite fall food is probably Pumpkin Pie and a tradition I do every year is going to my uncle’s house to carve and paint pumpkins.” Pumpkin pie is definitely essential and pumpkin carving is always tons of fun!
