On October 2, 2025, the THS C-team girls’ soccer team competed against Olympia High School. Their following game resulted 2-1 making it their fourth win in a row!
During the first half, THS’s goalkeeper, Payton Eygabroad, showed quick reflexes and focus, making
several important saves that kept Olympia from scoring more goals.
THS remains strong as the second half begins. Even though there is a gap between the two teams’ scores, teamwork and enthusiasm are shown throughout the whole game.
They have forty-five minutes to either tie or win the game. The defense tightens up as Olympia limits shots on the goal.

For some time, the ball stays on Olympia’s side of the turf field. THS is not giving up trying to make goals left and right.
It starts to get more intense as they dont have much time left and the score is still 0-2. Olympia then makes another goal as the game comes to an end. Olympia wins with a score of 0-3.
“It was an upsetting defeat, but we know to practice harder and focus more during our next games.” – Natalia Llamas Guerrero, Freshman.
Luna Gutierrez (Freshman) states, “I think we could’ve done better in the first half, but we did do better in the second half.”
This is only the C-team’s second loss so far! Four wins in a row and one tie. Keep it up, C-team!
