Have you thought about what you’re wearing for spirit week? Or are you curious about the themes and what your peers might be wearing? Well if you’ve been wondering, the wait is over. THS talon brings you… Intro into spirit week!
This coming week is full of fun, new outfits, and themes!
These weeks themes are,
Monday: Pajama day
Tuesday: Jersey day
Wednesday: Class comps (9th: Yellow 10th: Green 11th:White 12th:Black)
Thursday: Generation day (9th: Babies 10th: Elementary 11th:Adults 12th: Senior Citizen)
Friday: Super fan
If you’re having trouble finding outfit ideas for the themes this week, your very own peers came up with some ideas.
First interview, Freshman Keegan Turner said for Pajama day, “I’m wearing pink striped pajamas and a hoodie”
In addition to Pajama day, Sophomore Lucca Anderson, “I’m wearing Brandy navy and white striped pants with a white Brandy hoodie.”
For Tuesday, which is jersey day, freshman Presley Selby said she’ll be wearing her softball jersey. This could be a great idea for any of the THS athletes to show off their jerseys and show their spirit! Or wear your favorite sports team jersey.
Ruth Colay said for generation day because juniors are adults that she will be wearing skinny jeans, you could dress this up with a sweater vest, turtle neck, or even a t-shirt with words on it, to really tie together her adult outfit. Don’t forget that all grades have different ages!
For class competitions teachers are wearing orange! Mrs Schaake when interviewed about what she was planning to wear Wednesday she said, “Yes, I went to Oregon state and they’re orange and black so I’m excited to wear my orange Oregon gear.”
Friday is super fun so don’t forget to kick off the day before homecoming wearing all your T-bird gear!
